Platinum Service

Our “Platinum Service” is basically our ultimate bike rebuild. We strip the bike back to its bare components and deep clean everything getting it as close to how it was originally intended as possible!
We then rebuild the bike from the ground up using high end grease, antiseize and lubricants be it for carbon, steel alloy or titanium. Once rebuilt, we tune everything to get the bike running as smoothly as possible to give you the best ride and longevity out of your beloved machine!
Frame and fork alignment check and damage inspection
Full strip down, frame, forks and all components polished clean.
Both wheels are cleaned, trued and inspected for damage.
Hubs are stripped, cleaned, new grease applied and serviced. Bearings changed if necessary. (Bearings charged separately)
The front derailleur, rear derailleur, chain, chainset, cassette and brake calipers are removed then degreased.
Headset stripped cleaned, new grease applied and serviced. Bearings changed if necessary. (Bearings charged separately)
Bottom bracket removed, cleaned, frame faced and threads tapped if necessary.
Brakes are serviced with new cables or bleed accordinly and pads if necessary. (Pads charged separately)
Gears are serviced and indexed with new cables.
Hanger is realigned.
Full lubrication of all drivetrain.
Tyres are checked for wear/damage and inflated to recommended or requested pressure.
Seatpost removed, cleaned and re-greased accordingly. (Grease or Carbon Paste)
Whole bike is checked and torqued to the correct settings.
Safety Check
Note: Specialist Hubs/Freehub bodies containing cartridge bearings and are not included in the Platinum Service. If the bearings require changing, a cost will be provided prior to work being carried out.Note: Any additional parts that require replacing are charged separately. We will advise you of any parts required and pricing accordingly. Internal routing frames +£10, eBike +£20
